Introducing The IBO Report Featuring TARP!

The IBO Report!

The IBO/TARP report measures Integrated Behavioral Orientations based on the strengths of your four primary emotions. When we position ourselves in the world for performing any action, we draw upon our Energy System for direction and drive. We will have specific energy for TAKING, ATTRACTING, RESPONDING, and PRESERVING. Depending on our available energy, one or two options will be available.

An Emotional Measurement

Our Full IBO Behavioral Analysis measures your 4 primary emotions in an effort to determine “how” you will interact with the world around you. The level of intensity between the interactive emotional patterns of your concealed emotions will determine your character base; what you do in an effort to succeed and survive in the world.

Intended Behaviors (behavioral orientations)

Your intended behaviors are measured and will determine what you “will do” and are currently “doing” on purpose to ensure success with those around you. Your intended behaviors are your solution to solving and reconciling the differences between what you want and what others expect of you within certain environments. We can measure your work environment, home environment, and your social environments.

Communication Type

The full Behavioral Analysis measures your communication style in relationship to your brain type. Are you elusive, over-emotional, or maybe logical and stepwise in your thinking? How you process information will determine how you approach problems, challenges, and opportunities within the world.

Concealed Behaviors

Your concealed behaviors are based on your unconscious emotions and their framework. What you will likely do is determined by these unconscious emotions. Predicting what type of environment will work best for you becomes easier when you understand how your brain is working.

Inner Conflicts

Me-Me Conflicts can occur in all of us. It’s when we have conflicting emotions in play at the same time. We measure your behavioral style to determine which (if any) emotions are conflicting and why.

Value Orientations

Pathways to success are determined by understanding what drives us. In our IMO Report, we measure 7 combined value elements that will allow us to see where your brain tension is occurring. Where there is brain tension there must be a reduction. Reducing brain tension is what we are all after. We will know where tension reduction is taking place and if you are successful at reducing it based on your behavioral orientations.

Value Conflicts

We measure contradictions within your driver set. These competing deeds can get in the way of getting important inner needs met.

Overall Conflicts

Both our emotions and inner desires can be at conflicting stages. A good example of this is the need for a raise at work but an inability to ask for it. We can measure where your conflicts are coming from and tell you what you can do to reconcile the emotional roadblock it creates.

Support and Flow

We measure brain flow. This is determined by which emotions are flowing with which needs and drivers. Knowing this information is key to successfully navigating your employment decisions, relationships, and natural ability. We recommend placing all your eggs in the strongest basket.
